Our mission and philosophy is to create a memorable and transcendent vacation for our treasured guests. Our concierge and guest services department provides a comprehensive planning platform for first time or experienced St Barts travelers to achieve the full potential of their well anticipated St Barts vacation

Each party is appointed a dedicated concierge that provides a complimentary service to plan their dream vacation. Our concierge will coordinate your arrival and any special needs you may have including car rentals, villa services, villa provisioning, chef/catering services as well as a full list of island activities and spa services.

St Barts Blue Arrival Process

For our guests that have reserved a villa, St Barts Blue will coordinate all requested services and arrival to ensure that you are on your way to enjoying a lovely St Barts holiday free of worries and stress.

Services included in Villa Rentals:

  • Meet and greet at airport/ferry terminal.
  • Transfer/escort to your villa.
  • Villa tour and orientation upon arrival to villa and provide keys and access codes.
  • Complimentary bottle of wine and water.
  • Coordination with St Barts rental car companies to expedite your arrival process.

The check in time for the villas is 2 PM and check out is at 12PM.

For your arrival, we highly recommend to all our guests to ensure the following:

Keep us updated with your flight arrival information.

Have a compatible cell phone (St Barts is GSM compatible) available in case there are delays, issues with customs or other unforeseen problems. Please contact the pertinent property manager representative first and please contact our office as well.

Have your villa folder handy with the property address and phone number. The customs form requires a St Barts address and phone number. This information is included in your villa folder.
